Are your Technicians trained to work on BMW vehicles?
Yes. Most of our technicians have trained at a franchise dealership level, but all have worked on BMW vehicles for most of their careers. We specialise in BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz (Porsche servicing is available at our Huntingdon branch).
How does your pricing compare to the BMW main dealer?

What happens if something unexpected is found during my service?
We call you before doing anything additional. You receive a full explanation of what was found, why it matters and what it will cost, with no pressure to approve work you are not comfortable with. We will also tell you what can safely wait until your next visit.

Yes. We offer genuine or OEM-equivalent parts as standard. BMW often buy in some OEM components too – they dont make everything! Our choice of parts still protects your manufacturer warranty and keeps your vehicle performing to factory specification and ensures your manufacturer warranty remains valid.
Can I get a courtesy car while my BMW is being serviced?
Yes, we can provide courtesy vehicles while your BMW is with us. Just let us know when booking and we will arrange it so your day continues without interruption. We have cars and bikes to choose from.
Can you review a quote I have already received elsewhere?
Yes. Bring us your existing BMW service quote and we will go through it with you honestly, explaining what the work involves and whether the scope is right for your vehicle. There is no obligation and no pressure.
