Our team will try and accomodate you if you have a requested date, but if you’re just looking for ‘ASAP’, then thats usually possible within 2-3 days! While most appointments can easily be booked within a week (depending on the service), if you have a specific date in mind, or need a courtesy car then be sure to call two weeks ahead to get the dates you need, as the courtesy cars are very busy!

For a clearer understanding of potential problems, give us a call. We can discuss your car’s specific issue and recommend the best solution.

Let’s collaborate to get your car running smoothly again! A quick call will allow us to understand the problem and offer the best course of action.

Car maintenance schedules can require different options on each visit. To ensure we recommend the perfect service for your vehicle, let’s chat about what prior maintenance has been carried out, alongside current mileages and age of vehicle etc. We can discuss what’s best, then walk you through what each service includes. Our team will be happy to advise you, to keep the vehicle in optimum condition for safe and reliable motoring.

We offer a variety of services to fit your vehicle needs! These services can range from quick 45-minute brake fluid changes, through to more in-depth servicing or maintenance which could take 3-4 hours or more. We’re always happy to give you an estimate on the time needed for your car’s needs.

We understand the inconvenience of being without your car while it’s in for service. To help you stay mobile during this time, we offer courtesy vehicles at both our locations. Due to their popularity, it is essential to reserve in advance to ensure availability.

Please note: There are daily charges to cover insurance and fuel used/mileage. Drivers must be over 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s licence and have 6 licence points or less.

While we don’t offer a formal pick-up and drop-off service, our friendly team is happy to help whenever possible! So, if you live close by to one of our team or happen to be on their home to work route, we might be able to arrange a convenient pick-up or drop-off. Note, that we do have courtesy vehicles available (charges apply), these are a great way to stay mobile! Don’t hesitate to contact us for information on courtesy vehicle availability and related fees.

Diagnosing faults, especially intermittent ones can be a detailed and time heavy process to find the root cause. We prefer that you plan to leave your vehicle with us perhaps for the full day, so that we can carry out a comprehensive inspection without need to ‘rush’. This allows our technicians to perform a thorough evaluation, and we’ll keep you updated on the progress and contact you as soon as we have a diagnosis and repair recommendations.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, fresh coffee, and a TV in our comfortable waiting areas, allowing you to stay connected and relaxed while we take care of your car.

Keeping your car running smoothly means using the right parts. We offer both original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket options to fit your needs and budget. Just let us know your preference during your service discussion. One thing’s for sure: safety is our top priority. All parts we use meet the strictest standards. In some cases, aftermarket parts can even outperform the originals! We’ll be happy to discuss the specific options available for your vehicle to ensure a perfect fit and optimal performance.

We strive to provide the best possible service, and that includes offering inclusive warranties on both parts and labour. Unfortunately, this means we can’t install customer-provided parts due to insurance stipulations. However, we’ll still try and help! Our expert team can discuss a wide range of parts, including original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket options, to find the perfect fit for your vehicle during your service appointment. Additionally, if you have a decorative item like a spoiler or grille that doesn’t impact safety, we’d be happy to assist with the installation!

Your safety is always our top concern! The MOT test is a vital check to ensure your car meets industry set roadworthy standards. While we understand life can get busy, there’s unfortunately no grace period for expired MOTs. Driving without a valid certificate could result in fines and potentially impact your car insurance. You can book your MOT early if it helps, if you do this within 30 days of your current expiry and the vehicle passes, then the ‘original’ expiry date will be preserved for you. If it fails.. then sadly it’s a fail whicever way you look at it, and the vehicle must be repaired before a new MOT certificate can be issued.
